Registration

The Conference Registration Form can be accessed here.

Key Registration Dates. At least one author of an accepted paper must register by 12th May in order to guarantee accommodation at the conference hotel. After 12th May at 11.59 GMT accommodation at the conference venue cannot be guaranteed at the rate advertised on the Registration Form. Authors that have not registered by 12th May at 11.59 GMT will become responsible for arranging their own accommodation requirements for DBSEC'08. For delegates that are not authors and that do not require accommodation at the conference hotel, registration is possible up until 7th July subject to the number of attendees. Please refer any queries on DBSEC 2008 registration to steve.barker@kcl.ac.uk


For delegates that require them, invitation letters can be provided when (and only when) a delegate has registered for the conference and has paid all relevant registration fees. All requests for invitation letters should be sent to Steve Barker (steve.barker@kcl.ac.uk).

When requesting an invitation letter please provide:
  1. Your affiliation.
  2. The full postal address for 1 (above).
  3. Your work phone number.
  4. Your full name (as it appears on your passport) and title (e.g., Dr., Prof., Ms.).
  5. Your job title (e.g., Assistant Professor).
  6. Your Email address.
  7. Your date of birth.
  8. Your citizenship.
  9. Your gender.
Invitation letters will be sent in pdf by email.

Submit your request for a visa invitation letter as soon as possible, and in no case later than 5th May.
